Norwood Presents Adelaide Fashion Festival

Hosted by the City of Norwood, Payneham and St Peters, the Adelaide Fashion Festival, now in its sixth year, stylishly ushers in the spring.

Owners of property in Norwood are likely getting excited for this unique event, which brings the state’s talent together to emblazon local designers and celebrate fashion. Guests will have the opportunity to view Adelaide designers’ most current collections and participate in an exciting roster of events.

The festival not only showcases established artists, but also highlights new talent with the Emerging Designers program, which aims to encourage the state’s young, aspiring designers.

The program supplies these designers with an avenue to display their talent by having them create a collection. The person with the best collection will be named Emerging Designer of the Year.

Nationally perceived as South Australia’s leading fashion event, the festival’s impressive schedule spans nine days and includes the Variety on King William long lunch, family day out, Norwood Place Parades on Norwood Parade, Vintage is the New Black Op-Shop Stylist Tours, and much more.

The Adelaide Fashion Festival takes place from October 18 to 26, and boasts a wide range of events. Residents with real estate in Adelaide should consider coming out for this amazing event, which offers an inside look at emerging trends and designers.
