Feast on Foot in Adelaide this winter

By Brett Pilgrim

Any owner of property in Adelaide will know just how culturally diverse the southern city is, with myriad food and weekend events held on a regular basis. Another can be added to this list, with local walking food (and street art tour) company Feast on Foot adding a dumpling tour.

For those living in the city it's sure to be another exciting event, as the tour means people will experience Russian, Korean, Chinese takes on the dumpling – along with others.

Lord Mayor Martin Haese explained that Feast on Foot is a great way Splash Adelaide can "help kick start local entrepreneurs ideas within Adelaide City". It's a strong initiative, and one that will likely continue to grow in the city.

"It is a great way to experience the sights, smells and flavours of Adelaide, guided by people passionate about our city's diverse food and street art scene."

Adelaide locals will be no stranger to great events like walking food tours, and this new tour will serve as another great addition to an already stellar line up of things to do.

According to the owner of Feast on Foot, Caitlin Hillison, the company isn't done yet.

"We hope to have at least two more tour options by this time next year, which are at concept stage and will take the learnings from Feast on Dumplings and Feast on the Street, so watch out for those."

Other Splash Adelaide events include the Freestyle Football Titles (held in early July this year) and the Adelaide Art Walk (held in February).
