Residents of real estate in Adelaide looking for motivation to get out and about in the city will be excited about the release of this month’s ‘Be Active in the City’ calendar.
The calendar includes a number of exciting exercise events and classes to encourage everyone living in the city to take a few hours out of their week to get active and stay healthy.
With a number of indoor and outdoor options, there is something on the cards for all types and fitness levels. March highlights will include yoga and Tai Chi classes and group running clubs.
For those looking for something a little less conventional or an event to bring the kids to, Skatescool will continue to run skating sessions every Saturday afternoon from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. at Marion Leisure & Fitness centre.
To motivate the community to get involved, this month’s active ambassador is giving away a free session at the Adelaide Aquatic Centre or a 2-for-1 round of golf at the North Adelaide Golf Course.
There are also plenty of ways to take advantage of the outdoors to get active in Adelaide without joining in on a group lesson. Right on the doorstep of any property in Adelaide there are a number of walking and cycle ways, parks and sports facilities to enjoy the city and keep fit.
